Step 2) Contact Joe to discuss your interests.
Step 3) Joe will email you a trip proposal.
Step 4) To reserve the date, make payment in full or a $1,000 deposit if 60 days or more.
A deposit is required to reserve the date. The first to pay is first served.
Alaska trips are booked through Alaska Guide Collective.
Alaska and Canada Rate
1 client: $700 per day
2 clients: $400 per person per day
3 clients: $300 per person per day
4+ clients: $250 per person per day (second guide may be added over four clients)
Alps
The higher rate is because Switzerland is expensive and Joe must pay extra for lodging and lifts when away from Chamonix.
1 client: $800 USD per day
2 clients: $450 USD per person per day (moderate-technical)
3 clients: $350 USD per person per day (non-technical)

Alaska Guide Collective LLC and Stock Alpine LLC
Joe runs Alaska trips through Alaska Guide Collective. Joe is co-owner of AGC, which holds permits, insurance, and risk management personnel. Stock Alpine LLC is Joe’s personal brand for outfitter purposes, international work, and independent contractor work.
Rate Explained
Joe Stock is a career Mountain Guide. He is certified, licensed, permitted, and insured. The rates charged provide a modest living for Joe and the business infrastructure to run trips in a professional manner. You may find a less expensive guide, but the product will reflect the rate. If you find the service exceptional, gratuities are appreciated, but certainly not expected. Joe will do his best to deliver a low risk and exceptional trip, tip or no tip.
