Guided Adventures with Joe

I work as a freelance alpine and ski mountaineering guide in Alaska specializing in skiing in the Anchorage area and in remote ranges. I am the only fully-certified guide living in Alaska and use techniques set at an international standard by the American Mountain Guides Association and the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education.

Depending on where you want to climb or ski, I will choose which guide service to operate through for permits and insurance. If you have previously worked with a guide service in the Anchorage area then we will use that operator.
